In this episode of the Self Made Podcast, it is a pleasure to welcome Ritchie Neville from boyband 5 to the show.

I trained Ritchie many years ago for an upcoming photoshoot and it struck me how down to earth and humble he was especially as he was thrust into fame at such a young age! 

In this episode, we break down his incredible career. What it was like being thrust into fame at the young age of 17, the highs and lows of the experiences that followed including taking we will rock you to number one and jamming with Queen!!

We also speak about the side of fame that is rarely ever talked about and that is what the transition from the spotlight is like we touch on key topics like gold medal syndrome, imposter syndrome and more.

If there is one thing that truly defines Ritchie though it is courage! A man truly dedicated to his craft and jumps out of his comfort zone and into opportunities head-on whether it is answering an ad in a newspaper for a nationwide search for the next Spice Girls, jumping off a ski jump with little prior training on national TV or most scary of them all being a contestant on take me out this man has thrived on pushing his limits and learning along the way.
