For Harry Purdy the guest of this episode of the Self Made Podcast it came on the day where the football team he was managing were in the cup final.
Going for a run to let off some nervous energy it hit him how far away from peak fitness he had gotten, how he wasn’t playing in the game and now things needed to change.
But unlike most he didn’t just sign up to a diet program and that was the end of it.
For Harry this began a long term change both physically and mentally.
